Lakeside Villa is a 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom villa with many extras. It is situated in a quiet, oversized plot on the private Liberty Village complex close to all of Orlando's main attractions. The Disney parks are just a 12-minute drive away and you can be at Universal or Sea World within 20 minutes. Super Wal Mart and a vast array of restaurants and shops can be found on the 192,only a three minute drive away. 

The villa is fitted with luxury furnishings throughout its 2585 square feet and offers the warm feel of a close-knit family home.

Outside, the oversized pool and spa area is south facing, enjoying the Florida sun all day long. It backs directly onto a peaceful lake and is equipped with the latest remote control fibre optic lighting, allowing you to change the colour and appearance of the pool to suit your mood as you sit and unwind after a long day at the park or after doing battle on the golf course. The pool area also benefits from upgraded pool furniture. 

Downstairs there is a large, open-plan living area, a spacious fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a twin bedroom, a toilet, utility room and a double garage. The layout means that the whole family can be together whilst also offering secluded areas for anyone preferring peace and quiet. The downstairs bathroom is directly accessible from the pool area, making it convenient when relaxing in the pool or sunbathing. We are currently producing some more photos of the other bathrooms.

The living area contains a two-seater & two three-seater sofas, cable tv, CD & DVD. For larger parties where 5 bedrooms are still not enough, one of the sofas is a sofa bed. The dining area can be used for those nights spent eating in or playing board games with the children. 

The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer (with ice dispenser) and plenty of storage. Also has a breakfast bar and table overlooking the pool area. 

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with full en suite facilities, and two further twin rooms sharing two other bathrooms. If you do have young children our villa is perfect. We have a conventional cot and a travel cot, both of which can be sited in any of the bedrooms should you wish to have your loved ones in with you. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed, allowing you to relax safe in the knowledge that the kids cannot access the pool without you knowing. We also have sterilizing equipment, stair gates if required, high chair and strollers which all come free of charge.

The villa backs onto the lake which can be viewed from the pool & spa area and all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed, allowing you to relax safe in the knowledge that the kids cannot access the pool without you knowing.

There is also a utility room which adjoins the garage which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. We also have sterilizing equipment, stair gates if required, high chair and strollers which all come free of charge. Everything is included in this home, from towels and bedding to gas BBQ and cable TV.

Disney Land, Sea Word, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios, Orlando are just a few minutes drive away. Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Centre are located a hour’s drive from the Villa.
